Electrical Appliances

All electrical appliances are covered with a period of warranty on behalf of our supplier. The period depends on the type of appliance. Not all appliances carry the same period of warranty. Make sure you retain the receipt provided with your item. This receipt has to be presented in the event of a warranty claim due to faults or any other reason. Items that are still under warranty will be fixed for free in such cases. If an item cannot be fixed, a replacement will be provided.

Always use your item properly as stated in the description provided by the manufacturer.

Never switch on electric kettles without water inside since this damages the kettle. The warranty is invalid in such cases.

Never change the plug which comes with electrical appliances as warranty will be invalid
